Margherita’s coaching helped me get really clear on how I wanted to lead—and what was getting in the way. The coaching was sharp, real, and deeply supportive. I walked away with more confidence, more impact, and more alignment with who I really am

I’d like to thank Quentin and Margherita for running an excellent and extremely valuable workshop! The content was very interesting and insightful, and I was impressed with the way that you conducted the activities getting the full engagement of the team. The model that you presented created a common language between the team members and a shared understanding of the different aspects of culture and how they impact our work and wellbeing. It was an eye opener to get an assessment of how we perceive our own culture, and more importantly to identify the gaps from our ideal culture. And the thing that I liked the most was the call for action and getting the team members to identify their action items and define the way they can have a positive impact on the culture.

The team culture session added real value to the executive team by helping us focus on the ‘how’ of our interactions, not just the ‘what’. A particular strength of this approach was the immediacy of collecting and debriefing team culture results using the Circumplex Team Scan (CTS) “real-time” function. We now have practical new ways of behaving to enhance our team’s effectiveness.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you. The CLS360 event and your coaching was really impactful for me. You guys did a fantastic job. A similar event that I attended in IBM years ago didn’t even come close.
