Yes. As part of the Sprint, you will complete the Circumplex Culture Scan (CCS), Culture Capital’s evidence-based organisational culture diagnostic, based on your experience of your organisation. Your will be debriefed during the Sprint, providing clarity on the cultural norms shaping behaviour day-to-day and which behaviours need to shift first to create real alignment. This gives leaders a shared language and a practical roadmap for culture change.
