Yes, all sessions are delivered live and online. Each week is a facilitated, interactive lab designed to apply concepts directly to your organisation’s cultural reality—not generic examples. We know senior leaders are busy. That said, this is a live, cumulative experience. Each session builds on the last, and the value comes from participating in the real-time discussion and application. To protect the depth and integrity of the cohort experience, we ask participants to commit to attending all four sessions.

Yes. As part of the Sprint, you will complete the Circumplex Culture Scan (CCS), Culture Capital’s evidence-based organisational culture diagnostic, based on your experience of your organisation. Your will be debriefed during the Sprint, providing clarity on the cultural norms shaping behaviour day-to-day and which behaviours need to shift first to create real alignment. This gives leaders a shared language and a practical roadmap for culture change.
