I’d like to thank Quentin and Margherita for running an excellent and extremely valuable workshop! The content was very interesting and insightful, and I was impressed with the way that you conducted the activities getting the full engagement of the team. The model that you presented created a common language between the team members and a shared understanding of the different aspects of culture and how they impact our work and wellbeing. It was an eye opener to get an assessment of how we perceive our own culture, and more importantly to identify the gaps from our ideal culture. And the thing that I liked the most was the call for action and getting the team members to identify their action items and define the way they can have a positive impact on the culture.
